Volunteer
The Spokane Lilac Festival Association is an all volunteer organization, composed of
35 Directors. Our mission is to honor our military, nurture and recognize our youth, and
showcase Spokane. In addition to our Directors, many individuals simply volunteer their
time during certain events, primarily the Armed Forces Torchlight Parade.
