The Spokane Lilac Festival will proudly honor The Spokane Naval Trophy and celebrate its 100th Anniversary with a special viewing of the trophy and with Navy Captain Joseph Green and Navy Captain Michael Kidd speaking at the All City Civic Military Luncheon in the Marie Antoinette Room at the Davenport Hotel.
